You need to take it to a dry cleaner in town if you can’t afford a dry cleaning machine yourself. So is there a substitute for doing your own laundry? Not really, unless you don’t wash your clothes.
Dry Cleaners use a chemical called tetrachloroethene which is soft on the fabric, but toxic. Dry cleaning back in 1855 used gasoline and kerosene inside of the cleaners mixture, but sometimes the the dry cleaner would explode or burn. Dry cleaning today uses dry chemicals like tetrachloroethene and Green earth, which are not flammable.
